One-on-one Personal Training is an effective way to ensure you reap the full rewards from your exercise program. Our personal trainer is a qualified Registered Fitness Trainer with Fitness Australia. Certified in Strength Training, Group Fitness Training, Nutrition, Working with children, Seniors, Postnatal and Prenatal care. She also holds a Barre, Pilates, Yoga certification together with First Aid and CPR.
